Haris Khan, Advocate appears and submits that the accused/applicant has been falsely implicated in Case Crime No. 361 of 2024, under Section 2/3 Gangster Act, Police Station Nauchandi, District Meerut. 2. Learned counsel contends that there are two cases in the gang chart and in both cases, applicant is on bail. Apart from the cases shown in the gang chart, applicant has criminal history of 13 other cases to his credit, in one of which final report has been submitted by the police and in 12 cases the applicant has already been granted bail. As such, he prays that the accused/applicant be enlarged on bail. 3. The prayer for bail has been vehemently opposed by learned A.G.A. However he does not dispute the fact that the applicant has been granted bail in both the cases mentioned against him in the gang chart and as criminal history. 4. This Court has taken into consideration the rival submissions made by the parties and perused the record. 5. The record reveals that two base cases have been mentioned in the gang chart, wherein the accused is on bail and in 13 other cases of criminal history, in one of which final report has been submitted by the police and in 12 cases the applicant has already been granted bail. The applicant is in jail since 18.12.2024. 6. Without touching the merit of the case, this Court is of the opinion that this bail application is allowed. 7. Let the accused applicant Anees Alias Dhandu Alias Pahalwan be enlarged on bail subject to furnishing a personal bond and two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
