When the matter is taken up for hearing, Sri P.Varun Kumar, learned counsel sought time for change of vakalath for the petitioner. 3. Heard Sri P.Varun Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the respondent police are calling the petitioner to the police station without there being any crime registered against him. 5. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents brought to the notice of this Court that in compliance of the interim Order passed by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2021 dated 21.09.2021, the respondent- 4 police are not calling the petitioner to the police station, since no crime has been registered against the petitioner. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that recording the same, the petition may be disposed of. 7. Recording the above said submissions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the police are directed not to call the petitioner to the police station in absence of any crime registered against him. There shall be no order as to costs.
