This is an application filed under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, praying for granting bail to the accused-applicant, namely, Sri Azizul Hoque @ Ali Sk in connection with Gossaigaon P.S. Case No. 173/2025 under Section 303(2)/299/325 of the BNS, 2023, read with Section 13(1) of the Assam Cattle Preservation Act, 2021, corresponding to G.R. No. Page No.# 2/2 190/2025. 4. The accused applicant was arrested on 10.11.2025 and since then, he is in custody. 5. The learned Addl. PP appearing for the State submitted that Charge-Sheet in the instant case has already been filed vide Charge Sheet No. 165/2025 dated 23.11.2025. 6. In view of the above, the learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that he should be allowed to appear before the learned Trial Court seeking appropriate relief. 7. The instant bail application is closed with a liberty to the accused applicant to approach the appropriate Court seeking appropriate relief. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
