GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief: “ .... to issue a Writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction declaring the action of 3rd & 4th respondents herein in interfering with the civil disputes between petitioners and 5th and 6th respondents herein in respect of the land admeasuring an extent of 1572.66 square yards in S.No.203-4A, Revalapalem area, Madhurawada Village, Visakhapatnam as illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction, in abuse of police power, without jurisdiction and in gross violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India and pass such further order or orders as this Hon’ble High Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice. ...” 2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent-Police, on written instructions dated 14.07.2025 would submit that there are civil disputes between the Petitioners and respondents 5 and 6 and 3 that the police called the petitioners to the police station in connection with Crime No.368 of 2025 of P.M.Palem Police Station. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that recording the said submission, this Writ Petition may be disposed of by giving appropriate direction to the Police. 4. In that view, it is apposite to direct respondent police not to interfere in the civil disputes between the Petitioner and respondents 5 and 6 except according to law. 5.
