Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. Petitioner who is a married person, on the pretext of marriage, established physical relationship with the victim. It is alleged that the victim has resisted his attempt for physical relationship, but he forcibly performed sex with her. 4.
