This petition has been directed against the order dated 06.11.2025, whereby NBWA was issued against the petitioner by the learned JMFC, Nagaon Page No.# 2/2 in PRC Case No. 1582/2022. 3. It appears that after completion of investigation in the case the police had submitted charge-sheet by showing the present petitioner as an absconder because of which the learned Court below had issued the NBWA Act against the petitioner. 4. It is further submitted that the petitioner was never called by the police during the period of investigation and his name also does not appear in the FIR and the petitioner had no knowledge about the charge-sheet having been filed showing him as an absconder. 5. Having heard the learned Addl. P.P, the instant petition is disposed of by setting aside the NBWA issued against the petitioner vide impugned order dated 06.11.2025 in PRC Case No. 1582/2022 and directing the petitioner to appear before the learned JMFC, Nagaon within a period of 15 days from today and file appropriate application which shall be considered by the learned JMFC, Nagaon as per law. 6.
