We accordingly accept the compromise/ settlement, proposed by the parties and modify the award as per compromise and order that in addition to the amount of compensation awarded by the Tribunal, respondent No.2/the insurer shall pay to the appellant a sum of Rs. 1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only) by way of compensation, within 60 days from today, otherwise, interest @ 9% per annum from the date of present award, shall also be payable till its relaization. 3.
