On being queried, Mr. Garg explains that though the 1st spell of furlough was granted vide order dated 07.11.2025, the petitioner was unable to avail it since he was unable comply with the conditions. Subsequently however, the conditions were modified vide order dated 10.12.2025, This is a digitally signed order.
