Heard Mr. A. K. Pandey, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr. M. Z. Ahmed, the learned senior counsel assisted by Mr. A. R. Dutta, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the North Eastern Coalfields Ltd.
2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already submitted a representation before the concerned authority and taking into account that the petitioner is the highest bidder, there is likelihood that the said representation would be considered. He, therefore, submits that the petitioner would not like to press the instant writ petition.
3. Taking into account the above, the instant writ petition stands closed on withdrawal.
