The prayer of the petitioner is that the statement of accounts be provided to the petitioner as the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the entire outstanding amount of loan. 2. Learned counsel for the Bank-respondent Sri R K Shukla, submitted that if the petitioner wishes to deposit the entire amount of loan, the Bank would be providing the statement of accounts. Also such charges as would be payable for early deposit shall be informed to the petitioner. Thereafter, the petitioner can deposit the amounts with the bank. 3. In view of the aforesaid statements, no further order is required to be passed. 4. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
