Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This Court vide order dated 18.06.2025 has allowed the accused applicants to go on interim bail. It is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the accused applicant that the accused applicants have already appeared before the Investigating Authority and got their statements recorded. 3. Taking into account the offence that has been alleged in the FIR and since, the accused applicants have already appeared before the Investigating Officer, this Court is of the opinion that the order dated 18.06.2025 should be made absolute. 4.
