GP FOR HOME The Court made the following: ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer: “….to grant an order, direction or writ, more so in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the high handed action of Respondent No.3 and 4 in interfering with civil disputes of the Petitioner and unofficial Respondents and threatening the Petitioner to file false cases and harassing them by calling to the police station without any legal authority as illegal, high handed, arbitrary and violation of fundamental rights guaranteed to the Petitioner under Articles 14, 21 and 300A of Constitution of India and consequently to direct the Respondents No.3 and 4 to not interfere with civil disputes of the Petitioners and unofficial Respondents without following due process.…” 2. Heard Sri G.Arun Showri, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are interfering in the civil dispute pending between the petitioners and unofficial respondents. Learned counsel would further submit that the police are threatening and harassing the petitioners. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the police have received a complainant basing on that a crime has been registered against the petitioners in Cr.No.104 of 2024 under Sections 329(3), 324(4) (5), 351 BNS of Velugodu Police Station. 5. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
