Ojha, learned counsel for the State is present. 3. This is second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.01.2021 passed in Criminal Misc. Bail Application No. 48501 of 2020 (Ashish vs. State of U.P.). 4. Even previously on 16.02.2024 there was no representation from from the side of the applicant and the following order was passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court:- "None for the applicant. Learned A.G.A. for the State is present. List this case on 15.03.2024 peremptorily." 5. The present matter is of the year 2020. It is more than four years since then. It appears that learned counsel for the applicant is not interested in pursuing the matter as or the matter has rendered infructuous by efflux of time. 6. Despite the matter being taken up in the revised list, there is no representation from the side of the applicant. 7.
