The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamua P.S. Case No. 206 of 2021, for the offences registered under Sections 392/412 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of Ms. Sushila Hansda, learned J.M.F.C., Giridh. 3. On 17.07.2021, at about 01:30 A.M., robbery was committed in the shop of the informant. Accused persons took away Rs. 42,000/-from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R., nor he was put on T.I. Parade. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was finally submitted that co- accused Tinku Kumar Hazra has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide B.A. No. 3873 of 2022. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Ms. Sushila Hansda, learned J.M.F.C., Giridh in connection with Jamua P.S.
