The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201, and 34 IPC and charge has been framed under section 302/201/404/34 IPC. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent person and the name of the petitioner has been implicated on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused. He further submits that nothing incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner and the co-accused persons have been granted bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 6674/2024, 9959 of 2024 and 11080 of 2025. He lastly submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.01.2024. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the co-accused persons have been granted bail, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Gumla, in connection with S.T. Case No. 139 of 2024 arising out of Sisai, P.S. Case No. 132 of 2023, corresponding to G.R. No. 173 of 2024. 6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witnesses and shall co- operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
