Heard Mr.Devershi Thakur, learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Mr.Shailendra Sharma, learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondents No.1 to 3/State and Mr.Amrito Das, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5. 2. By this petition under Section 482 of the CrPC, the petitioner have prayed for the following relief(s):
“It is therefore most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the petition and quash the impugned FIR and entire criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioner pursuant to impugned FIR bearing crime no.251/2021 for the offences punishable U/s 420 of I.P.C at P.S.-Khamardih, Dist: Raipur (CG), in the interest of justice. It is further humbly & most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct to direct the respondent authorities to proceed against the private respondents per law Specifically against Resp.no.5 & 6 along with Any other relief or reliefs that may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may kindly also be granted in the interest of justice.”

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the present case, charge-sheet has been submitted before the competent Court, as such, he wants to withdraw this petition. 4.
Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 submits that in the present case, investigation has been concluded and the case is fixed for argument on charge. 5.
