The case of the petitioner is briefly as follows: The respondent No.4 accorded permission to the respondent No.7 to grant leasehold rights to two godowns in favour of the petitioner vide the proceedings L.Dis No. 8-2(12082/2010), dated 20.07.2010 on monthly rental basis fixed by the respondent No.6. Thereafter, the respondent No.7 issued orders RPC. No.53-2010 dated 26.07.2010 { allotting 10 shop rooms and two godowns to the petitioner subject to certain terms and conditions. The petitioner passed a resolution No.1- 2011/12 dated 30.04.2011 for starting Silpa Sahakar, Silpa Rythu Sahakar, Silpa Mahila Sahakar-MACS, Silpa Maneral Water, pursuance of the same, the petitioner started to supply the essential commodities to B.P.L. families, all the essential commodities to than 36,000 members. In more The petitioner used to extend loans to the weaker sections on nominal interest. The lease was renewed from 01.07.2022 to 30.06.2024. As the lease period was going to expire, the petitioner represented on 21.03.2024 to the respondent No.7 to renew the lease hold rights for a further period of two years. However, the respondent No.7 failed to renew the lease hold rights and the respondent No.2 issued notice in R.O.C. No.337 of 2012 dated -nil- 02.2025 calling upon the petitioner to pay the enhanced lease rent from 01.07.2024 till further orders along with GST @ 18%. The petitioner is continuing in the subject shop rooms by duly paying monthly rents without any default. Aggrieved by the notice, this writ petition is filed. 4. The learned Standing Counsel for A.M.C. represented that the representation of the petitioner is under consideration before the A.M.C. recently constituted and that the petitioner would not be evicted till decision is taken on the representation and requested to dispose of the writ petition accordingly.
