The present application u/s 528 of the B.N.S.S. of 2023 has been filed with prayer to quash the entire proceedings of Case No. 1971 of 2023 (State vs. Jayveer and others), arising out of Case Crime No. 302 of 2023, under Sections 354kha, 323, 504, 504 IPC, P.S. Gonda, District Aligarh as well as cognizance/summoning order dated 08.01.2025, whereby the applicant has been summoned under Section 319 Cr.P.C., pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Iglas, Aligarh. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copies of the relevant documents be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining a photocopy of the same.
