The respondent No.5 has filed an objection, opposing the prayer made by the applicant/ appellant in this interlocutory application. We have heard the learned counsel for the parties. Though the learned counsel for the respondent No.5 has vehemently opposed the prayer for condonation of delay, however, after going through the averments made in the application, we are satisfied that good grounds have been assigned by the applicant/appellant for condoning the delay of 91 days in preferring the connected appeal. We, therefore, condone the delay. The Interlocutory Application stands allowed.
