The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no fresh instructions. 3. Ms. P. Akila Naidu, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, submits‘that the petitioner, who is shown as Accused No.3 in the remand report, was later produceo before the learned Jurisdictional Magistrate, who sent him to judicial remand. However, the Investigating Officer laid the charge sheet by deleting the name of Accused No.3 from the prosecution. The learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has produced a copy of the charge sheet wherein the same is clearly mentioned. 4. Perused the record. 3 Dr. YLR, J Crl.P.No.62 of 2024 Dated 31.07.2025 On perusal of the record and charge sheet, as the name of the 5. petitioner was deleted from the prosecution, this Court deems it fit to dispose of the present petition in the interest of justice. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. The 6. petitioner/Accused No.3 shall be released forthwith, if he is already in jail, and he is not otherwise required in any case.
