Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition in para no. 7(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29017 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once a month i.e., on the first Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
