The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Telco P.S. Case No. 127 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.389 of 2025, for the offence registered under Sections 103 & 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and Section 27 of the Arms Act, now cognizance taken under Sections 61(2), 103 & 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 25(1-B)/26/27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri A. Aquib, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur. On 16.11.2024 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.45 noon, the father of the informant namely Sunil Singh was shot dead by unknown persons near C2 Talab, Telco, Jamshedpur. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the name of the petitioner has come in the confession of co-accused. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused Brij Nandan Pathak @ Raju Pathak has been granted bail by this Court in B.A. No. 4237/2025. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri A. Aquib, learned Judicial Magistrate, Jamshedpur, or his successor, in connection with Telco P.S. Case No. 127 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. Case No.389 of 2025.
