1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 08.11.2023, passed in MCRC No. 7690 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the petitioner, namely, Saddam Khan, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 06 months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment.

4. The learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Raipur District - Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 08.05.2025 has requested for grant some more time for concluding the trial.
5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in the present case, The said case has currently been received on transfer to this court and the said case is at the stage of prosecution evidence and in the said case, as of today, dated 08.05.2025, judicial evidence of 7 prosecution witnesses has been conducted. The total number of prosecution witnesses in the said case is 15. The time limit for disposal of the case is about to expire. Considering the number of witnesses, it is likely that the final resolution of the said case will take time and additional time is required. Due to this reason, it is not possible to conclude the trial within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he prays for some more time for concluding the trial.
6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today.
7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction.
8. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
