By way of filing this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking directions against the respondents to grant him scholarship for the session 2012-13. 2. The contents of the para 3 of the reply submitted by the respondents indicates that the scholarship of the petitioner was duly sanctioned vide Bill No.636 and the same was sent to Treasury Office on 27.03.2014 vide voucher dated 31.03.2014 and scholarship has been disbursed to the petitioner by the concerned authority. Considering the above factual aspect of the matter that the relief sought for, has already been granted to the petitioner by the respondents, now, no cause of action survives with the petitioner to continue with this writ petition and under the changed circumstances, this petition has become infructuous. 4.
