Vide the order dated 01.09.2025, the Secretary, Gauhati High Court Mediation Centre has communicated that the matter has been settled through mediation and accordingly, the report of the Mediation dated 26.08.2025 has been placed on record, wherein the terms and conditions of the settlement between the parties have been recorded. Accordingly, the instant review petition is disposed of, in terms of the said settlement and the conditions contained therein. The report/compromise deed as well as the undertaking submitted by the petitioner and the respondent annexed to the said report shall be made part of the record.
