By way of this petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs:- “10.1 To kindly quash the impugned order 24/05/2023 (Annexure P/1) so far it relates to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 10.2 To kindly direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to work as Chief Municipal Officer, Nagar Pallika Parishad, Champa, District Janjgir-Champa or in the alternative he may be posted in any nearby place where he can continue with his new born baby medical treatment. 10.3 To kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case.” 2.
