Das, learned Addl. PP for the State. By this application the petitioner has prayed for pre arrest bail in Page No.# 2/2 connection with PRC Case No. 401 of 2024 under Section 395 IPC arising out of Mankachar P.S Case No. 213 of 2013. The F.I.R dated 06.06.2013, reveals that while the informant along with goods and passengers were on their to Meghalaya market unknown miscreants stopped the vehicles and looted articles from them along with cash. The police investigated the case and submitted the Charge-sheet on 31.07.2023. It is noticed that the petitioner was enlarged on interim pre arrest bail on 26.08.2025 with the condition that the petitioner will appear before learned Court, and the petitioner had appeared before the learned Court of SDJM on 03.09.2025. In view of the same, this Court finds it fit that the order dated 26.08.2025 by which interim protection was given to the petitioner be made absolute with the further direction that the petitioner may comply with the conditions therein.
