1. The present contempt case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite parties for their wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 30.04.2024 passed in W.P. (S) No. 1942 of 2019.
2. Mr. Dilip Kumar Jaiswal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, while referring to the communication dated 25.07.2024, part of Annexure-A to the show cause affidavit dated 20.08.2025 filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, submits that the petitioner’s claim for regularization of his service against the vacant post of ‘Aalim’ in Madarsa Misbahul Uloom, Nawada, Pagar, District-Hazaribagh has been considered and rejected.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the aforesaid show cause affidavit filed on behalf of the opposite party no. 2, this Court is of the view that no case of contempt is made out against the opposite parties including the opposite party no. 2. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite parties is hereby dropped.
4. The present contempt case stands disposed of.
5. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take appropriate recourse as permissible under law against the communication dated 25.07.2024 issued by the opposite party no. 2. (Rajesh Shankar, J.) Vikas/
