Das, the learned Senior Counsel assisted by Mr. A. D. Choudhury, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. Mr. A. Chamuah, the learned counsel appears on behalf of the ASTC. 2. Mr. A. Chamuah, the learned Standing Counsel, ASTC submitted that the ASTC Authorities have taken a decision to cancel the tender dated 15.11.2025 on account of the GeM portal providing only one folder for uploading of the documents and the tender documents did not specifically mention that all the required documents must be submitted within that single folder. 3. The said instruction is kept on the record and marked with the letter 'X'. 4. Mr. B. D. Das, the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners submitted that in that view of the matter, the instant writ petition can be closed. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed.
