Heard Mr. Siddhant Tiwari, learned counsel, appearing for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. Neeraj Sharma, learned Deputy Advocate General, appearing for the respondent/State. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that vide order dated 20.05.2025, the present petitioner has been granted bail by this Court in MCRC No. 3436 of 2025, in which the name of the applicant is incorrectly mentioned as “S. Jaiswant Rao” instead of “S. Jaiwant Rao, ” and the same needs to be corrected AMIT PATEL Digitally signed by AMIT PATEL 2 accordingly. The copy of the order has been annexed as Annexure A/1. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the same. 4. The present petition has been filed for correcting the name of the petitioner as “ S. Jaiwant Rao” in the bail order dated 20.05.2025 passed in MCRC No. 3436/2025, but from perusal of the record, it transpires that while filing the bail application, counsel for the applicant himself mentioned the name of the applicant as “S. Jaiswant Rao”. Hence the said mistake occurred in the said order. 5. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is allowed in the order dated 20.05.2025 passed by this Court in MCRC No. 3436 of 2025, the name of the applicant be read as “S.
