Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Finance appearing for the 1 Government Pleader for Municipal St • respondent, the learned Administration & Urban Development appearing for the 2"^ respondent, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent and the learned standing counsel appearing for rd the 3 respondents 4 to 7. 2. ■^fie petitioner is aggrieved by the non payment of the bills for an of Rs.17,45,406/- due payable to the petitioner on account of amount the completion of the work which was entrusted to the petitioner by the 4^^ respondent-corporation. It is submitted that the final bills were also approved for release of payment. However amounts were not released. 3 The learned standing counsel appearing for the Corporation submits has filed W.P. No.1945 of 2025 seeking the similar that the petitioner relief and also filed contempt case, reply, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the contempt withdrawn on 01.08.2025. It is submitted that earlier writ has nothing to do with the claims of the petitioner herein. It is submitted that the earlier writ petition filed on the instructions in relation to some other work.
