As he completed five years at the said station, in the general transfers he came to be transferred to Lakkanapalli Village Secretariat in Baireddipalle Mandal in Chittoor District. Petitioner stated to have opted for three stations at Punganuru and Madanapalle Mandal his wife is also a Government employee and is working as a Staff Nurse at Government General Hospital Madanapalle. Chittoor District. Despite aforesaid options, the petitioner has been transferred to a different station and he has immediately submitted representation dated 07.07.2025 requesting to re-consider the transfer. as 2. Heard Sri Srinivas Ambati, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I for respondents. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice to direct the 4’^ respondent to consider aforesaid representation dated 07.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders, having regard to the spouse grounds. 4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader has placed on record written instructions, inter alia, stating that transfers were affected in f HCGR.J W.P.No.17119 of 2025 accordance with the procedure laid down in G.O.Ms.No.5, Department of Grama Sachivalayams and Ward Sachivalayams, dated 12.06.2025, having regard to the availability of vacancies and the merit rank of respective candidates. However as the petitioner has made representation dated 07.07.2025, the same would be considered in accordance with law. 5. In view of aforesaid submissions, without expressing any opinion on merits of the matter, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 07.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders, within a period of ten (10) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
