This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for granting of bail to the accused applicant namely, Saddam Hussain in connection with Dispur Page No.# 2/2 PS Case No. 840/2025 under Section 21(b) of the NDPS Act. 3. The accused applicant was arrested on 16.10.2025. 4. The learned Addl.Public Prosecutor submits that charge sheet has been submitted in the instant case being Charge Sheet No.628/2025 dated 18.112025. 5. The learned counsel for the accused applicant submits that in view of the submission of charge sheet, the accused applicant should be allowed to appear before the learned trial court for appropriate relief. 6. In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant bail application is closed with direction to the accused applicant to appear before the learned trial court for appropriate relief. 7.
