GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: :: ORDER :: The grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.3 is not passing appropriate orders for the issuance of Pattadar Pass Book and Title Deed in respect of land of an extent of Ac.1.80 cents in Sy.No.8-1 of Thondambuvalasa Village, Lotheru Panchayat, Araku Loya Mandal, Alluri Seeta Ramaraju District. 2. Heard Sri S. Srinivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appeared for respondents 1 to 3. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made an application under Form VIA vide Ex.P2. The petitioner also paid the SRS,J W.P.No.17432 of 2025 necessary fee vide Ex.P3. However, no order has been passed by respondent No.3 so far. 4. Sri G. Divya Theja, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions would submit that respondent No.3 will pass appropriate orders in pursuance of the application made by the petitioner under Form VIA under Ex.P2, as per the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Rules’). 5. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without touching the merits of the matter, the Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the respondent No.3 to pass appropriate orders, in pursuance of the application made by the petitioner under Form VIA vide Ex.P2, by following the proecedure mandated under the Act and Rules made there under. No order as to costs.
