On 13.06.2025 there was no representation for the petitioner, finally a week's time was granted to carry out the necessary amendment and to file amended cause title. Thereafter, on 23.06.2025 also there was no representation for the petitioner, as a last chance, a week's time was granted to carry out the amendment and to file the amended cause title subject to payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- payable to the High Court Legal Services Committee. 2.
