The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the orders dated 31.01.2025 and 29.02.2024 passed by the Registrar, Maharaja Suhel Dev State University, Azamgarh. 3. The only submission advanced by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner may be permitted to file objection against the impugned orders before the respondent no.3- Vice Chancellor, Maharaja Suhel Dev State University, Azamgarh and same may be considered and decided by the respondent no.3 within a time bound period. 4. In view of the limited prayer made by the learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a detailed representation alongwith certified copy of this order against the impugned orders before the respondent no.3-Vice Chancellor, Maharaja Suhel Dev State University, Azamgarh within a period of one month from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.3 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter from the date he receives representation of the petitioner.
