The matter comes up on an application seeking extension of time for furnishing undertaking pursuant to the order dated 06.05.2025 passed by this Court while deciding S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6584/2025. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that while deciding the aforesaid writ petition, the petitioner was directed to submit an undertaking on oath incorporating the terms and conditions imposed by this Court. Learned counsel submits that the counsel appearing before the Trial Court was out of town for considerable time, hence, an undertaking was submitted after a slight delay, i.e., on 30.06.2025. Learned counsel submits that four weeks time was granted by this Court to submit an undertaking, which got expired in the first week of June, 2025.
