Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioners, Shri A.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State respondent. 3. The instant writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned F.I.R. dated 19.11.2024 registered as Case Crime No. 0435 of 2024, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, I.P.C. and section 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Partapur, District Meerut. 4. Today when the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the informant at the very outset submits that the charge sheet against the petitioners has already been forwarded to the competent court on 20.01.2025. 5. Confronted with the situation, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that cause of filing the instant writ petition no more survive, as the charge- sheet has already been forwarded to the competent court, hence the petition may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to apply before the competent court for anticipatory bail/bail or to press an application under section 482 Cr.P.C./Section 528 of B.N.S.S., 2023. 6. In view of the statement made above, the instant writ petition is dismissed as not pressed with liberty as prayed for.
