The present criminal revision has been filed to set aside the impugned judgment and order dated 12.04.2021 passed by the learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No.4, Jaunpur in Case No.548 of 2019, CNR No.UPJP02001418- 2019 (Dolly Modanwal Versus Gaurav Modanwal) under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station Shahganj, District Jaunpur and further prayed to stay the effect the operation of the aforementioned case. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the revisionist submits that revisionist is the husband of the opposite party no.2 and by way of instant revision, he challenged the impugned order passed on the application moved by his wife i.e. opposite party no.2 under Section 125 Cr.P.C. But now, matter has been reconciled and revisionist does not want to press the instant revision and, therefore, the instant revision may be dismissed as withdrawn. 4. Learned AGA for the State has no objection to the same. 5. In view of the above, the instant revision stands dismissed as withdrawn.
