The instant writ petition has been preferred being aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authorities for not depositing the compensation amount of Rs.35,47,564/- to the petitioner in lieu of acquisition of his land. 2. By way of the instant petition, the petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs:- 10.1 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for entire records pertaining to the case of the petitioner. 10.2 That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to release the compensation award amount of Rs.35,47,564/- dated 12.02.2020 in favor of petitioner in lieu of acquisition of her land bearing Khasra No.306 measuring .356 hectare, Khasra No.308 measuring .627 hectare and Khasra No.521 measuring .162 hectare, total measuring 1.145 hectare, situated in Patwari Halka No.6, Revenue Circle-Hardi, Village-Jashpur, Tehsil-Sarangad, District-Raigarh (C.G.) within stipulated period of time, in the interest of justice. 10.3 That, any other relief which this Court finds 3 / 3 just and proper may also be granted to the petitioner, in the interest of justice. 3. Learned State counsel draws attention of this Court towards the return filed by the State, wherein at para 2 it has been categorically stated that after filing of the instant petition the amount of compensation as claimed by the petitioner towards the acquisition of the petitioner’s land has duly been processed and the amount of Rs.35,47,564/- has already been disbursed to the petitioner vide Annexure R/1. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner do not object to the aforesaid averment/submission. 5. Considering the fact that the amount of compensation as claimed by the petitioner for the land acquired has already been disbursed to the petitioner, therefore, nothing remains for adjudication in the instant petition as the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. 6.
