Jyotsna Rewal Dua, Judge This writ petition has been filed for grant of following substantive reliefs:- “(i) That the impugned office order dated 28.09.2024 (Annexure P-11), whereby the representation of the petitioner has been rejected, may very kindly be quashed and set aside, in the interest of justice. ii. That the respondents may very kindly be directed to count the services of the petitioner as Language Teacher (Para Teacher) followed by regularization for 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes - 2 - the purpose of service benefits including pension and increments and for qualifying service etc. with all consequential benefits including arrears accrued thereunder with interest @ 12%, in the interest of justice..” 2. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the main relief of grant of pension, prayed for by the petitioner, has no direct nexus with the order impugned in this writ petition. He, therefore, prays that he be permitted to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file afresh in accordance with law as there are inadvertent errors in the drafting of the writ petition. 3. In view of above, prayer is accepted. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn with leave and liberty as prayed for.
