ORDER
10/11/2025 Heard Mr. A K Sahewalla, learned counsel for the applicant and Mr. B Purkayastha,
learned counsel for the respondent No. 2.
2. The present application has been instituted by the applicants praying for extension of time for compliance with the direction passed by this Court vide order dated 03.09.2025 in WP(C) No. 4154/2025.
3. The applicants have prayed for extension of time by further 3 (three) months for compliance of the said direction.
4. I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and also perused the materials brought on record.
5. Although the learned counsel for the respondents has objected to the grant of extension of time to the applicants in the matter, however, considering the projection made that the processing involved could not be taken to its logical conclusion, inasmuch as, the service records of the respondent No. 2 is to be traced out and the same would require some further time.
6. Considering the contention raised in the present Interlocutory Application and also the
Page No.# 4/4 objection raised by the learned counsel for the respondents, this Court extends the outer time limit fixed by this Court vide order dated 03.09.2025 in WP(C) No. 4154/2025 for compliance of the direction passed, therein, by another 2 (two) months from today.
7. The respondents shall comply with the direction passed by this Court vide order dated 03.09.2025 within the period of 2 (two) months from today.
8. With the above observation and direction, the present Interlocutory Application stands
disposed of.
