Phukan, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Nos. 1, 2 & 3. Also heard Mr. R. Boro, learned counsel for the respondent No. 5; Mr. B. Deuri, learned Junior Government Advocate for the respondent No. 6 and Mr. A. Chaliha, learned counsel for the respondent No. 4. Mr. Deuri, learned Junior Government Advocate for the respondent No. 6 has produced one Revised Authority, dated 13.11.2025, issued by the Director of Pension, before this Court and he submits that the grievances of the petitioner has already been addressed by issuing the Revised Authority. Mr. Saikia, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the Revised Authority, issued by the respondent No. 6 on 13.11.2025, this petitioner may be closed. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of the learned counsels for both the sides, this writ petition stands closed.
