Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Assam. 2. This is the second bail application filed under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in respect of Lanka P.S. Case No.354/2024, registered under Section 87 of the BNS, subsequently added Section 65(1) of the BNS, read with Section 6 of the POCSO Act. 3. Mr. Das, learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that under Section 482(4) of the BNSS, 2023, no anticipatory bail is applicable in this case. 4. I have considered the submissions made by learned counsel for both the sides. 5. At this stage, I have decided to agree with Mr. Das. 6. Therefore, the present bail application of the petitioner is not found to be satisfactory and stands rejected accordingly. 7.
