GP MUNCIPAL ADMN AND URBAN DEV AP 3 The Court made the following Order: Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondents 2 to 6 in considering the representation made on 14.06.2025 to the 2nd respondent. It is alleged that the third parties at behest of the 2nd respondent are collecting Octroi Tax and not issuing any receipt. In that regard, the petitioner placed reliance on the judgment passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in Writ Petition No.11293 of 2021 whereby this Court had found fault with the collection of Octroi Tax and disposed the Writ Petition at the stage of admission directing the respondents to implement the orders in G.O.Rt.No.551, Municipal Administration and Urban Development, dated 24.04.2023 and other related Memos. 2. Considering the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner in the light of judgment of this Court in Writ Petition No.11293 of 2021.
