3 RRR, J&JS,J W.P.No.l7113of2025 The Court made the following order: (perHon’ble Sri Justice R. Raghunandan Rao) The present Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to produce the detenues before this Court and set them liberty forthwith. 2. The learned Government Pleader, on instructions, submits that the detenues were arrested pursuant to the execution of a Non-Bailable Warrant, issued by the learned Junior Civil Judge-cum-Judicial Magistrate First Class, Naidupeta, in C.C.No.7 of 2018, and that they have now been produced before the learned Magistrate and remanded to judicial custody. They are presently lodged in Central Jail, Nellore. 3. In that view of the matter, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition and it is accordingly, closed, leaving it open to the petitioner and / or the detenues to avail of their remedies as under law.
