2. This application under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 filed by the petitioner, namely Sri Rishav Tater, apprehending arrest in connection with Dhubri P.S. Case No. 368/2025 (Corresponding
Page No.# 2/2 to G.R. Case No. 1294/2025) registered under Sections 351(3)/ 196/ 352/ 299/ 115(2) of BNS, 2023.
3. The learned Addl. Public Prosecutor has submitted that pursuant to notice under Section 35(3) BNSS, 2023, the petitioner has appeared before the I.O. and his statement has already been recorded and he was allowed to go.
4. Under the above circumstances, the petitioner cannot have any legitimate apprehension of the arrest.
