Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner filed respondent on 14.05.2025, against the respondent vide D.Dis.El .5007/2008, dated 13.03.2025. Along with the revision, the petitioner filed an interlocutory application. 2. nd a statutory revision before the 2 order passed by the 3 rd nd Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the 2 respondent has neither passed any order in the interlocutory application nor disposed of the revision. 3. 3 Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions would submit that the 2^^ respondent called for records from the Office of the 3^^ respondent. Appropriate orders will be passed in the interlocutory application or the revision filed by the petitioner. 4. Given the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage with the consent of both the learned counsel, directing the learned 2^^ respondent to pass appropriate orders either in the interlocutory application filed by the petitioner or the revision, strictly as per Rules, within six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order.
