The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, has been filed to quash the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 5648 of 2020, (State Vs. Vinod and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 95 of 2020, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 452 of I.P.C., Police Station- Ranipur, District- Mau, as well as cognizance/ summoning order dated 15.07.2020 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate, Mau. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file an appropriate application/ proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. Certified copy of the order may be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a xerox thereof.
