It is contended by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that the subject land has been granted in favour of the petitioners as per the grant order dated 22.06.1979 and thereafter, Saguvali Chit has been issued in favour of the petitioners. 3. In that view of the matter, taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and learned Additional Government Advocate, as the land in question has been granted in favour of the petitioners herein and therefore, there is no impediment for respondent No.4 to issue khata in favour of the petitioners after verifying the entire - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:18810 WP No. 13899 of 2024 records and to take decision in the matter in accordance with law, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
